Radvan, Dr. Miket

Born in France 1937
Immigrated to Israel 1970
Died In Tel Aviv in 2003

Graduated in medicine and psychiatry in France.

Worked in Israel in Shalvata Mental Hospital

Later founded the psychiatric service: “Lieson” in Meir Hospital in Kfar-Saba, a   psychiatric service for patients with physical traumas like imputations or malignant illnesses.

She moved to Geah Mental Hospital where she was head of the open unit.

Parallel to her work and teaching interns in psychiatry and psychology, she founded the psycho-oncology service in Rabin (Belinson) hospital

Margaret was a lecturer in the medical school of Tel-Aviv University.

She finished her analytic training and was in analysis with Ruth Jaffe.

 

In the Society she was active in the Ethics Committee
